Paul McCartney live: O2 Arena, London

Sir Paul McCartney performed the second of two shows at London’s O2 Arena.

As on the previous night, McCartney performed the 1980 song ‘Temporary Secretary’, on this occasion for the second-ever time.

It was the 73rd concert of McCartney’s long-running Out There tour, and his 51st show in London. McCartney first performed at the O2 Arena in December 2009, and again in December 2011.

Unlike the previous night’s show, which saw Dave Grohl performing during ‘I Saw Her Standing There’, there were no guest performers. However, McCartney did play the 1971 song ‘Ram On’, its first live outing since 2013.

McCartney’s band was Paul ‘Wix’ Wickens (vocals, keyboards, guitar, percussion, harmonica), Brian Ray (vocals, guitar, bass), Rusty Anderson (vocals, guitar) and Abe Laboriel Jr (vocals, drums).
