Live: Sporthallen, Eskilstuna, Sweden

Although The Beatles recorded a television appearance the following day in Stockholm, this was the last concert performance of their 1963 tour of Sweden.

It took place in the sports hall in the town of Eskilstuna. The Beatles took to the stage at 7pm, performing for 2,000 fans. The other acts on the bill were Jerry Williams, The Violents, Trio Me’ Bumba, The Telstars and Mona Skarstrom.

The Beatles’ set throughout the Swedish tour featured nine songs: Long Tall Sally, Please Please Me, I Saw Her Standing There, From Me To You, A Taste Of Honey, Chains, Boys, She Loves You and Twist And Shout.
