Another scene was filmed for the Magical Mystery Tour television special on this day, in Battersea in south London.
Ringo Starr and Aunt Jessie were filmed arguing while walking up Theatre Street and turning into Lavender Hill, where they were greeted by Jolly Jimmy Johnson the courier and Miss Wendy Winters the hostess before boarding the coach.

I’m afraid there are three factual errors here:
1) The first bit, where Ringo is running with Aunt Jessie, was filmed on Theatre Street (on the left hand site of the map you show.
2) as they turn the corner towards the bus stop, they switched roads for the filming of that scene. That road *used to be called* Acanthus Road in 1967, but it’s not the same road that you have marked on the map. The Acanthus Road they turned the corner of no longer exists, and is part of a modern housing estate between modem-day Tipthorpe Road and modern-day Shirley Grove, a little to the east of your marker.
3) the Acanthus Road you have marked was actually called Grayshott Road in 1967 and doesn’t appear in the movie.

Any other questions on Beatles filming locations I’m your man 🙂
Thanks Tristan! Hopefully I’ve got it right now, but please do let me know if not.
