Indeed, there are two examples. The first of them is probably a tribute to Paul’s father since the lyrics seem to include a certain “father McCartney”. The song, Leanor Rigbey, was found in a broken and scratched LP by Dr. Maxime Carrington, from Berkley University CA, and is barely audible. Then there’s the famous Yeah Yeah Yeah fragment of an unknown song retrieved from the Abbey Road studios by Dr. A. E. Cunningham from Cambridge, which only lasts five seconds. Everything seems to indicate the band played jazz.
