Good question. I was already wondering why iTunes couldn’t fetch the artwork. I might end up scanning them myself, since I don’t think those outtakes from the Pepper photo shoot were previously released.

It did that for me on one disc, but I had to delete that import because I cocked it up, and then it wouldn’t download the artwork anymore. It never worked for the other three discs. I think ET means the little sleeves with alternate Pepper shots that come with the boxset, though.

Offline One hour to go here. Thinking of sticking on just the regular 1967 vinyl because I’m a miserable so and so who spends his money on books and MMT* on CD instead of saving up for the box set. 
At this rate, I’ll probably get in the later half of the year!

I’ve read this sentence in an ALLMusic review about you, you splendid album, a few days ago, which sums everything up for me:

Exactly at midnight my timezone I started listening to the 2017 remix and some of the studio outtakes and I’m thrilled by now! Needless to say, it’s mind-blowing to listen to Strawberry Fields slowly develop or only the Indian instruments on Within You Without You but the remix is also so, so good in my opinion. Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds and Lovely Rita sound much more psychedelic, Getting Better is really bright suddenly and She’s Leaving Home is just brilliant. All in all, you can hear bass guitar and drums way better.

Offline Broke out the 1967 mono Capitol vinyl to listen to. A little scratchy but nostalgic. Then the vinyl mono remaster. Later today, the vinyl stereo remaster and this evening the CD 2017 remix.
If I can get my 5.1 burned to a DVD-A, I will listen to that as well.
It’s a Peppery kind of day. A splendid time is guaranteed for all!
