Paul McCartney live: Olympiahalle, Munich

Paul McCartney performed at the Olympiahalle in Munich, Germany, on 9 September 1993.

It was the 40th night of the New World Tour, which lasted for 77 dates across 19 countries between February and December 1993, and the first of two consecutive nights in Vienna.

McCartney’s band was Linda McCartney on vocals, keyboards, and percussion; Hamish Stuart on guitar, bass guitar, and vocals; Robbie McIntosh on guitar and vocals; Paul ‘Wix’ Wickens on keyboards and vocals; and Blair Cunningham on drums and percussion.

Wings had performed at the Olympiahalle on 27 September 1976, and McCartney had played there during the Paul McCartney World Tour on 20, 21, and 22 October 1989.
