John Lennon worked on three songs for his Walls And Bridges album on 15 July 1974.

The backing tracks for ‘Bless You’, ‘Surprise, Surprise (Sweet Bird Of Paradox)’, and ‘Scared’ were all completed during the session, as was the b-side ‘Move Over Ms L’.

Afterwards, edits were made of the mixes of ‘You Can’t Catch Me’ and ‘Sweet Little Sixteen’, recorded for the Rock ‘N’ Roll album.
