A mixing session for Yoko Ono’s debut solo album, Yoko Ono/Plastic Ono Band, took place on 11 October 1970.

Six tape reels had been filled with improvisations the previous day. The tracks ‘Why’, ‘Touch Me’, ‘Why Not’, and ‘Greenfield Morning I Pushed An Empty Baby Carriage All Over The City’ had been recorded, along with the outtakes ‘Life’, ‘Omae No Okaa Wa’, and ‘I Lost Myself Somewhere In The Sky’.

Rough mixes of all the recordings were made during this session.
