This was the fourth of The Beatles’ six concert appearances at this venue in Northwich, Cheshire. The support acts were Denny Curtis and the Renegades, and The Cruisers with Karl Terry.
Their other performances at the venue took place on 23 June, 15 September and 1 December 1962; and 6 July and 14 September 1963.
This was The Beatles’ last public engagement in April 1963. The following day they left the United Kingdom for holidays abroad, and didn’t perform live again until 11 May.
