Offline I know I should be excited by its (the Live Projecty thing) release but I truly fear Apple will do something seriously stupid and ruin it in a bid to appeal to casual fans who they think cant handle a guitar being slightly out without coming to the conclusion the Beatles were crap and therefore ruining the brand and legacy/legend.
Then again I’m frequently surprised Apple can spell “The Beatles” correctly and don’t slip in an extra “t”.

Offline I’m assuming their will be two distinct versions, the “cinema” version, and the “DVD” version.
The “cinema” version will be the streamlined mass audience version, while the “DVD” version will be longer and packed with extras.
One thing that does interest me is that the description says it starts in 1961. I can’t think of any live material from 1961 that’s even been bootlegged. Does this mean we finally get to hear a bit of the now McCartney-owned Cavern gig?

Offline We’ll probably hear 20 seconds before it cuts off and some talking head who wasnt there at the time will inform us of what we were listening to and what it meant in terms of important Beatle development. Thats what most documentaries do nowadays; tell us what they could show or play us so we could hear it ourselves.
