Paul McCartney worked on two songs on 10 February 1971: ‘Too Many People’ and ‘Get On The Right Thing’.

McCartney firstly recorded his lead vocals for ‘Too Many People’, before triple-tracking them. He and Linda McCartney then added harmony vocals to emphasise certain words and phrases. Paul also added the line “piece of cake” to the song’s introduction.

He then recorded lead vocals for ‘Get On The Right Thing’, which would be released on Wings’ second album Red Rose Speedway. The song was completed the following day.
