Currently have on rotation Please Please Me , released for the 2nd time by VJ on 3 January 55 years ago and entering the Billboard chart on 1 February, at #68, and it’s b-side From Me To You . These are followed by Swan’s She Loves You single, which – 2nd week on the chart – has jumped from #69 to #21, along with it’s b-side, I’ll Get You . And then there’s Capitol’s I Want To Hold Your Hand single, entering the chart at #45 on 18 January, the previous week it had done an impressive jump to #3, and now, 1 February 1964, 55 years ago, The Beatles are #1 on the Billboard chart for the first time, and it’s b-side, I Saw Her Standing There .
Things would never be the same again, for them or the world.

That’s the way I see it. If I’m going to commit the travesty of streaming music, I’m going to do it honestly. Even if the artists are dead (which, with my music taste, is usually the case)

Most of the music I listen to on YT I own on physical format- I think Paul McCartney is comfortable enough with his current situation, he’s easily got over €300 from me on his individual stuff that I’ve bought.
I rarely watch YTers so they don’t miss out on income from me.
