Offline Fusilli pasta folded through with (done separately) baby octopus, tiger prawns, chorizo and smocked bacon lard-ons fried for a couple of minutes then a good half bottle of Merlot added along with some chilli, onions, garlic and quartered button mushrooms to create a sauce.
Yummy! if I do say so myself.
