Wings recorded the backing track of the Wings At The Speed Of Sound song ‘Time To Hide’ on 30 January 1976.
They had begun work on the song on 15 January, and returned to it on 27 January, although the results were deemed insufficient.
During this session they finally recorded a master take, with Paul McCartney on organ, Denny Laine on bass guitar, and Joe English on drums. They then added a number of overdubs, including tom toms, more organ, and an electric guitar fed through a rotating Leslie speaker.
