Paul and Linda McCartney flew from Liverpool to Nice, France, on 22 September 1970.
It marked the end of a five-day stay with Paul’s father Jim at his home in Gayton, Wirral.
The trip to Nice was the second stage of a journey to New York, where their album Ram would be recorded.
