Paul McCartney live: Wachovia Center, Philadelphia

Paul McCartney performed at the Wachovia Center, later renamed the Wells Fargo Center, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, on 22 September 2005.

It was the fourth show of the US Tour, which lasted for 37 dates between September and November 2005, and the first of two consecutive nights in Philly.

McCartney’s band was Paul ‘Wix’ Wickens (vocals, keyboards, guitar, percussion, harmonica), Brian Ray (vocals, guitar, bass), Rusty Anderson (vocals, guitar), and Abe Laboriel Jr (vocals, drums).

McCartney had previously performed at the Wells Fargo Center on 16 April 2002 for the Driving World Tour. He returned there on 14 and 15 August 2010 for the Up And Coming Tour; and 21 June 2015 for the Out There Tour.
