Some interesting pictures from August 1969*. The description says here, they were recording the backing track to The End and adding overdubs to Come Together :
*my guess would be August 7th, the day before the Abbey Road album cover photoshoot (https://www.beatlesbible.com/1…..er-the-end) although Ringo doesn’t have a full beard in the pictures above.

I’d suggest that the description of adding overdubs to Come Together and recording the backing track to The End , means that the August dating is wrong. It seems far more likely to be the 23 July session which began with Paul finally nailing the Oh! Darling vocal after days of coming in early to give it another go. When the others arrived, they overdubbed additional vocals onto take 9 of Come Together and recorded 7 takes of the backing track for The End .
The couple of weeks between this session and the cover photoshoot on 8 August would give Ringo time to grow a beard.

One of a series of publicity shots of them signing the new Capitol contract Klein had negotiated on the 20 September, George was away visiting his Mum in Cheshire, all of them playing for the cameras.
Directly after the signing, as Paul discussed future plans, John told him and Ringo that he was leaving The Beatles and wanted a divorce.
