Interview: John Lennon and Yoko Ono for New York Daily News

John Lennon and Yoko Ono gave an interview to the New York Daily News on 5 November 1971.

The interview was conducted by journalist Don Singleton, and took place at Lennon and Ono’s rented apartment at 105 Bank Street in Greenwich Village, New York City.

Afterwards, Lennon and Ono invited Singleton to join them for dinner at a Mexican restaurant, and the trio attended a party held by art dealer Reese Palley.

Lennon and Ono were photographed by Tom Monaster on 21 November for the feature, which ran over three days in the New York Daily News from 22 November.
