Recording: I Remember Jeep by George Harrison

Olympic Sound Studios, London
Producer: George Harrison

This recording session saw the first recording for George Harrison’s third album All Things Must Pass.

It took place shortly before Harrison began producing Billy Preston’s album That’s The Way God Planned It, and used some of the same musicians: Preston on piano, Eric Clapton on lead guitar, Klaus Voormann on bass guitar, and Ginger Baker on drums.

The day’s studio jamming resulting in ‘I Remember Jeep’, which appeared on Harrison’s album on the Apple Jam disc. It was completed on 12 May with the addition of handclaps and Moog synthesizer.
