Offline I don’t listen to songs as much as I listen to albums as a whole. Individual songs may make me feel a particular way, but many times it is more the spirit of the whole piece that strikes me the hardest.

Offline I used to listen to the whole albums all the time (once even binge listening to Queen’s entire discography from Sheer Heart Attack to Flash Gordon), although sadly I don’t have the time anymore.

Offline The first time I listened to Sgt Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band in full, I was about eight. When Lovely Rita came on, that first harmony part just sent the top of my head straight through the roof. I’ve had a love affair with vocal harmonies ever since.

I’ve always loved harmonies, but when I first heard Lovely Rita , it was the drum fill that I fell in love with!
