It appears to be a similar layout to Photoshop. There’s probably some little differences, but it’s nothing that significant. If you don’t have the money you probably don’t need Photoshop. The only reason I own it is because it was gifted to me.

Offline Firealpaca is a decent Photoshop alternative. So is Paint Tool SAI if you can get your hands on it, but the latter is not free. I use both, but generally stick to Firealpaca.
Anyway… This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this joke used. I feel I’ll be drowning in Bee Movie Beatles jokes if my friends ever get ahold of anything like this…

Our Beloved Paul
So youthful with a golden singing voice
The girls all flock to him just seventeen
The crowds among the millions all rejoice
When he and his three friends are on the scene
But then at five o’clock there is a crash
A car, a crazed fan, and a missing head
The three see a walrus, then in a flash
Comes MI5 with Billy Shears instead
To their passed friend, a tribute they do make
The Lonely Hearts Club Band reversely cries,
“Turn me on dead man, please, for goodness sake”
But then they let it be and leave the lies
Now some hear “cranberry sauce,” but not me
For our beloved Paul is dead, you see
