Here are potential new catagories.
new member who has most quickly become part of the regular community or most prolific new member.

If no one objects, I’ll add them.
Also, maybe after the poll closes, could have an avatar betting time where users can make predictions and if you lose, you have to change your avatar for a week to one of the winners (or mine if everyone loses) choice.

Offline I’m not sure there should be votes on the attitude of members toward people associated with the band? Why no Biggest Patti fan? or Who loves Dhani most?
I disagree with the Biggest Yoko Hater totally though.
I’m never in favour of categories that lean toward the negative. I don’t think we should have them for the same reason we rejected the idea of having a thumbs-down button.
While there’s a fair chance of it going to some who’d see it as an honour, there’s also the chance of it going to someone who is offended by the suggestion, who feel they give her a fair shake but just aren’t convinced by the discussion.

I’ve always preferred categories, trophies etc that are renamed in honour of instead of creating new ones for. How long must they be absent for before they qualify? A week? Month? 7 months?
All personal thoughts which aren’t don’t do this. I won’t be put out if they all go ahead.

Offline I’m not big into The Matt Bubsy Honoral Most Missed Member Award because it’ll obviously go to Matt, as he’s the only OPD BBer. As for new ideas, how about The Beatle Fan We Want Most To Become A Beatles Bibler Award, The only rule is that they must not be associated with The Beatles themselves in any way, if this is a category, my vote would go to Dave from beatlesebooks.

Well most Beatles fans have a favorite Beatle, and a lot of those people make their favorite Beatle pretty obvious. There are clear super fans of certain Beatles on here.

I didn’t mean it like “annoying”, but maybe more like “obvious” or “loud”. Looking st the definitions now… I didn’t realize it was as negative as the definitions make it out to be… That’s not how I use it.

Well I suppose you’re right. But you do kinda have to be vocal about anything you are, that’s not physical, for anyone to know it. Maybe it should be changed to this most vocal fans of the desperate lads. I’ll let y’all vote on that or decide in some fashion.
