The recording features Eric Clapton on lead guitar. Clapton also performed on the song ‘Never Without You’, a tribute to George Harrison.
A promotional CD of ‘Imagine Me There’ was issued in 2003. It also included a 32-second commentary by Starr titled ‘Ringo On Imagine Me There’.
