“See how they run”

DING DING DING! Very good, Richard, that is correct! (As would “Lady Madonna ” have been, which was the song from which I actually chose my description…)

My image was “The Horse In Motion”, dated 1878, showing an experimental series of photographs, taken 0.1 seconds apart, of a running horse. Eadweard Muybridge utilized the recently-invented camera to settle the scientific question of whether or not a horse ever has all four hooves Off The Ground simultaneously in mid-gallop; and his experiment showed that this is indeed the case. In other words, he used the camera to “see how they run”.

Congratulations again. You’re up! apple01

LOL, if I were there, I’d ask, “What’s the New, Mary Jane”?

…She looks as an African Queen…

Dunno if that is an authentic millenias-old Egyptian artifact or a recreation of one; but I’ll just assume it’s real, and so that Pharaohette (or whoever) was certainly born a long, long time ago…

Very interesting, thanks Rich! One of the two most famous women of ancient Egypt and I didn’t even recognize her…

I only just finished a turn yesterday, so does anybody else wish to volunteer to contribute an image? Thanks! apple01

Maybe “Good Morning Good Morning ” because John got inspiration for the lyrics after watching a Kellogg’s cornflake ad on TV (and also because there’s a big rooster there, and the song begins with a crowing rooster)?

A Day In The Life

“Woke up, fell out of bed…” – the whole section reminds me of morning and breakfast. The “bad situation” because he’s running late?

Maxwell’s Silver Hammer

Serial (cereal) killer.

In the song, Maxwell is depicted as committing three murders with his silver hammer – the victims being: Joan, his teacher, the judge during his trial.

“Bad situation” clue.

And in the end

The love you take is equal to the love you make
