‘You Don’t Know Me At All’ is the fifth song on Ringo Starr’s 1976 album Ringo’s Rotogravure.

The song was written by New Zealand songwriter Dave Jordan, an in-house writer-producer at Chappell Music who wrote for artists including Roger Whittaker, Sasha Distel, and Demis Roussos as well as releasing solo albums.

‘You Don’t Know Me At All’ was released as a single in Europe on 15 October 1976, with ‘Cryin” on the b-side. The single featured additional overdubs missing from the album mix.

A promotional film, shot in Hamburg and Monte Carlo, was shown on the Netherlands TV show Voor De Vuist Weg.
