‘Occapella’ was recorded on 30 May 1974 at Sunset Sound Recorders in Los Angeles, with overdubs added on 26 September.
The track features prominent piano from Dr John, who played with Ringo Starr’s first All-Starr Band in 1989, and guested again in 2008.
