Found this while wandering YouTube. It’s a tribute to Carl Perkins put together after his death in 1998, but it’s built around Paul and Carl sitting backstage before a McCartney gig in 1993, playing and chatting together. Blue Suede Shoes, Your True Love, Matchbox , Lend Me Your Comb, My Old Friend, and more. Some wonderful footage of the two of them, and some great relaxed performances.

The “complete” lyrics for Scrambled Eggs were written for this performance. 1965 Paul would have had no problems with chicken wings, he was still a meat eater. There’s lots of vegetarians I think would be surprised that eggs aren’t allowed, I thought that was vegan.

This isn’t really The Beatles, But it is Paul McCartney And John Lennon . Frankly This song is amazing, It takes John Lennon ‘s Imagine and speeds it up and it takes The Wing Band On The Run and slows it down slightly. It just works so well it’s amazing! This is a really cute interview. He sings “Here Today ” at the end. That song chokes me up every time.
He is just so much awesome.
"Please don't bring your banjo back, I know where it's been.. I wasn't hardly gone a day, when it became the scene.. Banjos! Banjos! All the time, I can't forget that tune.. and if I ever see another banjo, I'm going out and buy a big balloon!"

Another Paul interview. You may want to skip through it a bit, it’s uncut, and from 1972 at Cavendish Ave. The first chunk is wings playing and the interview starts at 7:18…
Typical sassy Paul interview, but it’s funny because he’s being all serious explaining why he wrote “Give Ireland back to the Irish” and the dogs keep barking in the background and twice during the interview he casually yells “SHUT UP!”… one is at about 16 mins, the other one is just before that…
Oh sassy mullet Paul.

I don’t feel like doing housework so I’m just going to keep posting my finds.
If he gets any more adorable my brain might explode.

I love this, for some weird reason it always makes me really happy. I suppose its also one of those things where you realise that John’s mind works different to anyone else’s, he comes up with things that no one else would see.
And I know this isn’t a video, but I love the first 30 seconds, espcially John’s rhyme about breaking a glass, and the way he says, “Are you ready…Macca?”

I love that ‘Let It A…’ video, as well, despite the fact that John seems to be really taking the mickey out of Paul’s song. You’ve just got to love that man.
Moving along in our God given ways, safety is sat by the fire/Sanctuary from these feverish smiles, left with a mark on the door.

I love this one:
He is such a goof.
“Who were you writing about when you said ‘Why she had to go, I don’t know, she wouldn’t say’? Were you writing about Linda?”
“No, your wife.”
Hahahahaha, oh I love his sass!

Very cool!
I almost forgot about this. We recorded it off of the TV when we were watching the 12/12/12 benefit concert.
This guy is spooning Paul from the side, being all touchy… Paul is being his usually sassy self and does not seem to notice. We thought it was pretty funny but no one else seemed to notice:
You can see it before it zooms, then when the shot changes it’s zoomed in right on the guys arm, like the camera guy was like WTF? lol
