When I think about what the Beatles achieved in those 8 years I find it ridiculous how young they were - I get what Paul said in 'Somedays'
"Sometimes I laugh
I laugh to think how young we were"
Four youngsters in their twenties forever changing the world in so many ways. It's seriously ridiculous.
And then you read the successes of '1' decades after they split and

No idea which thread this goes.
Was watching a YT video on 'I Wat You (SSH)' where it was stated that the simplicity in the lyrics of 'LMD', the Beatles first released single, is neatly matched by the simplicity of the lyrics in the last song all four Beatles were in the studio recording together, 'IWY (SSH)'. Two very different recordings seven years apart but both having the simple words repeated. Not and never intended but very cool.

I realised I was a really hardcore beatles fan when I was explianing the outfits John and Yoko were wearing to my Father and he just looked at me and said "You're too far down the rabbit hole"
I am also known as "Beatles Girl" by multipe substitute teachers at my school.
Any word is a Beatles reference, I can find a way.
and in most cases I can tell what year a photo of the Beatles was taken by their facial hair alone.

every time you're walking on a bridge you think:"i now declare this bridge open"
you bought an epiphone casino, took the pickguard off but leave the bracket on

...you picked up a cheap CD copy of Past Masters in a used bookstore to give to a coworker for Christmas, but then you remember that the stereo mixes of a lot of the tracks on Vol. 1 in particular are practically unlistenable, especially because the coworker in question listens to music in her truck a lot and said truck's speakers aren't all working... so you painstakingly compress all the tracks from Vol. 1 into mono using Audacity and burn it onto a blank CD for her... and then in the liner notes of your bootleg Mono Masters you catch yourself slipping into a rant about Apple Corps and how annoying it is that the mono versions aren't more widely available like the Beach Boys ' mono albums are.
I blame this forum for turning me on to the whole world of audio recording and mixing, it's ruined me as a listener and I cannot abide bad stereo anymore

The Beatles with Ringo at the Star Club, Germany would be for me. Either that or a gig in 1963 before the screaming made them inaudible to the audience.

When The Beatles are your first thought when it comes to feel good nostalgia…a more innocent time. So much is changing in the world for the worse and it’s depressing. It’s why I also relate so much to In My Life . Our childhood only really exists in our memories and in photographs, as John himself would say.

That kinda thing happened to me once.
I was in a loud and crowded mall and in the distance I heard the drumline from Back In The USSR
. I knew the song immediately, the drum line was the only part of the song I could hear from were I was sitting.

When you walk into a room, hear only 2 bars of the song over the crowd, and know the Beatles song title, track placement, album and year ...and runtime.
Yes, very relatable.

Within the last two days "Two Worlds from Tarzan has become my 2nd most listened to song of the year behind Arc of a Diver. I checked on the artists, and it is The Beatles by a landslide, which is weird because I haven't really felt like Ive been listening to The Beatles that often. Haven't been around here much at all so far this year, and Ive been diving deep into several different areas that aren't the Beatles. Yet they remain on top, somehow they just permeate so deep into my life that I don't even listen to them on purpose. Get in the car and subconciously throw on The White Album or Rubber Soul sessions or whatever. I don't even realize the extent that I can't live without The Beatles.

You make all the sectences in your spanish homework about the Beatles.
For my spanish class I had to write ten sectences with our new vocab words. The current vocab set is about being a sports fan and watching TV. Eight out of my ten sectences were about my love and fangirling of the Beatles. I think my teacher might think I'm a Beatles fan when I turn it in
