When I went to see U2 in Sydney about 22 months ago Jay Z was the opening act – rather an odd choice. He tried his best but the crowd just wasn’t into it, I almost felt sorry for him. He did come back and do a nice cameo on ‘Sunday Bloody Sunday’.

Some of the negative comments about Ringo on Ringo’s Facebook page and The Beatles’ Facebook page are really awful, just beyond rude.

By discounting Ringo in the Beatles’ success, one also basically calls Paul, John, and George idiots because if they could’ve had ANYONE, why did they pick Ringo?
So, along those same lines of thought, should we like Yoko because John picked her? Should we like Linda since Paul picked her even though we know things like this that parlance posted on the news thread:
