I heard recently that there was a much longer version of Doctor Robert which was recorded and I believe had an extra 2 minutes. Has it ever surfaced?
In ‘The Beatles Recording Sessions’ Lewisohn writes that ‘Doctor Robert ‘ was 2:56 in length and was edited down to 2:13 in all remixes (see the attached image). It’s never surfaced in its original length.

Nice, however there is next to no filmed footage for the ‘Abbey Road ‘ album or independent singles. Best is the silent home videos from the 22nd August 1969 photo shoot.

Offline I would like a compilation of songs that never made it onto the albums such as: Paul’s demos of A World Without Love, One and One is Two, Etcetera (I doubt we will get that one as Paul said it is rubbish) and stuff like Circles, Watching Rainbows, Sour Milk Tea and obviously Carnival Of Light .
I’m not too sure how the good the quality of some of these recordings and demos would be so it might not make for the most worth while release for Apple so I guess you could scatter them on a compilation with demos and outtakes of more well known songs.
I would also like to see the fan club Christmas messages to be officially released.

I completely agree. I think that Anyhology should have had more unreleased tracks. Apple should do an official release of just unreleased songs. Of course they won’t do that because the casual fans won’t recognize any of the songs, or care about/buy the release.
As for the Christmas Flexis, I’d like to see them released with full versions of some of the songs in the flexi (if they exist) or some other bonus material. I’d also like to see the original flexis to be reissued and released.

Offline I would like to see an album containing unreleased tracks like Carnival Of Light , She Loves You in stereo (may not exist but would still be nice), and or the 26 minute version of Helter Skelter (fun fact: John played the bass as an overdub and played piano on the backing track of the released version while Paul and George played guitar and Ringo played drums). As for the Christmas albums, they were officially released back in 1963-1970, you mean you want them officially re-released but there’s a couple of problems with that. First of all, there would be no extra material as The Beatles put little if any effort into these messages and also, the chances of something like that happening is rare. If anything, I want 4k digitally restored Blu-Rays of the entire Beatles TV show, with unseen bonus features such as the lost scene Wikipedia brags about that has Brian Epstein and The Beatles live action.
