The Beatles worked with many American solo acts and bands when playing live, @Worthles45347.
It was the promoter in the country they were playing who provided the support bands, and so supports in the US were all US acts, bar one:
February 1964 US Visit
Jay & The Americans (Washington Coliseum)
The Righteous Brothers (Washington Coliseum)
Tommy Roe (Washington Coliseum)
The Briarwoods (Carnegie Hall)
1964 US Tour
The Bill Black Combo
The Exciters
The Righteous Brothers
Jackie DeShannon
1965 US Tour
Brenda Holloway and the King Curtis Band
Cannibal & The Headhunters
Sounds Incorporated [British]
The Young Rascals
1966 US Tour
The Remains
Bobby Hebb
The Cyrkle
The Ronettes
There were also American acts that they played with in Hamburg and Liverpool before they "hit the big time", and some American acts cropped up on other tours.

I think you mean the 'Miscellaneous Questions about the Beatles' thread in Yesterday ... and Today, no?
it verges from the sublime to the ridiculote

Shorthand, my dear @Beatlebug. There is only one Miscellaneous Questions thread in "All Together Now ", and it's pinned.

I don't understand. That's the MQ thread. It started with a different name, lots of questions asked in their own thread were pulled into it to put an end to question threads of less than a half-dozen replies, that would fizzle out quickly, and the thread title - but not url - was changed from "Questions About The Beatles" to "Miscellaneous Questions About The Beatles". It's not a different thread.
