Hi everyone,
I’ve really found my past few years on this forum enjoyable and educational but I’ve secretly been working on a pet project for the past few years about my *real* favourite band – The Rolling Stones. Unfortunately, I imagine The Rolling Stones Bible will take up much of my time so I won’t be able to post here that often (if ever, I feel like I’d be my betraying my own forum). If anyone would like to migrate over, you’re more than welcome.

I am fully on board with this change, Applescruffs, this place was due for a shake up – what have those Beatles done for us lately, anyways?! I’ll set aside my quest for 10,000 posts in favour of contributing to such a new threads as “Did Brian Jones had gay leanings?” and “Who did the ‘ooohs’ in “2000 light years from home”, Mick or Keith?” And I’ve already got some real gooduns thought up for the “Stones trivia: Even Easier!” thread.

I’ll admit I’ve drifted away from The Stones (same goes for Pink Floyd) an awful lot in the last few years, but maybe I’ll get back into them again soon.

Yeah that was fun, but I got rid of it when I discovered there were much bigger Beach Boys communities with more in-depth conversations where I still lurk to this day. We still have the appreciation thread over here for when I occasionally want to talk BB with you guys.
Also, I don’t know how many remember this, but I also had a short lived Rutles Rubble (terrible name) where I was MajorHappysChihuahua…

I assume she appreciated the extreme whiteness of it all, even though John was annoyed at the “White Album ” imitation (Stones were forced to scrap their original cover art, which depicted a graffiti-laden bathroom stall)
