Marking 10 years, almost 1000 pages on your game…. Game On.

How to play the game:
If you guess the current picture in play, then it is your turn to post a picture for people to guess. Mainly, people pick pictures they find on the internet. I took a picture with my phone and posted it for one round.If the round gets to 9 incorrect guesses, then the person who posted the picture gives us a solid clue such as who sang lead on the song, which year the song came out, which record the song is on or if it is a single. If the round gets to the 18th guess, the person who makes the 18th guess waits to find out if they are correct or not. The person who posted the picture reveals the correct answer along with their reasoning if the 18th guess was wrong. Then, the person who made the 18th guess posts a picture whether they were correct or not. The reason for this rule is multifold: it helps the game move along and not get stagnated and sometimes a picture will make perfect sense to the person who posted it, but no one else gets it. Sometimes I’ve done an *oh now I get it* after the answer has been revealed, but we don’t want to find out on the 38th song what the answer is.
Hopefully, people will post WHY they guessed the song they guessed so that people aren’t putting random song titles in just to be posting something.
Commenting on whether somebody is close or going along the right lines is acceptable at any stage; hints that are more specific, such as suggesting the players should hone in on something particular about the picture, should not be used until after the 5th wrong guess (unless there has been no play in the game for 48 hours); a SOLID clue, such as which Beatle sang the song, must be given after the 9th wrong guess.
Give the winner of the round an @ so they will know to post the next picture.
Only guess one song per post. Also, unless two or more days have passed, don’t post another guess until the person who posted the picture for the round has said if your guess is wrong or right.
Let’s focus on the Bootlegged original compositions…PM me if there’s a title I missed…. Pick from any in this list, and for ideas only look to the recordings. If there are multiple versions (like Catswalk) they are all up for grabs.

I think there needs to be a definitive list of songs that can be used, but, other than that, I don’t see a problem with the game. Let’s see if @meanmistermustard and @Beatlebug have any thoughts on this in case I’m overlooking a potential problem.

One issue would be that there are so many fragments of songs and many more obscure songs performed during the ‘Get Back ‘ sessions it could become almost impossible at times to work out what the answer is. The same goes for the pre-’62 years when they were playing numbers that wouldn’t be well known by many casual fans.
I’d therefore agree with @Ahhh Girl on there being a list of songs, or even a more defined set of rules so no one can pull out a song from January 1969 that Paul fumbled around on bass for 30 seconds whilst the others were talking.

That’s an interesting list, Lucy.
I would exclude:
* Raunchy
* Thinking Of Linking
* Blue Moon Of Kentucky
* Baby What You Want Me To Do
for two reasons:
(1) They have been released on the Anthology Special Features DVD, which I have here with me.
(2) These recordings are specifically credited to “Paul McCartney , George Harrison , Ringo Starr ” rather than “The Beatles”.
I included Raunchy in the main thread thinking that it was classed as a Beatles recording:

then I later noticed that it was credited to “Paul McCartney , George Harrison , Ringo Starr ” instead.
As a guess for your picture, maybe Watching Rainbows.

‘I’m In Love’ and ‘Bad To Me’ were officially released on the 1963 Bootleg album. The Decca and Hamburg material have been released just not by Apple, as have the 1962 BBC recordings and some of the other BBC performances (due to the copyright expiring).
And for uber-Beatley, you’re ”Pre-fame’ list contains tracks recorded in 1963 and 1964.

I hope this game gets picked up by more people, but there’s just no audience for it anymore. @vonbontee are you interested?CLUE 1: The obvious emotion
Thanks but no, Lucy; I find the regular Canon variation difficult as it is!

Isn’t that the anger or rage emotion from ‘Inside Out’? Since I was listening to it earlier, I’ll go for ‘I Lost My Little Girl’ as you may be angry at such an occurrence.
