I think thanking the person who made the answer you think to be correct could lead eventually to people thanking someone other people have thanked just so they don't get an answer wrong, leading to fewer answers. I'm not saying that has happened yet, but I am saying that could happen.

anyways,

congrats holey, you've got that answer right.

the card's answer says:

"Paul. The badge on his arm says "O.P.P" some fans thought it said "O.P.D" for "officially pronounced dead"

holey, would you like for us to go to question B "Rubber Soul " or C "Please Please Me "?

i guess i should set up a signature soon? maybe?

You know what, I’m still going to answer the questions even if someone else has already got them, just for fun.

This one is of course Paal.

Love one another.

Spoilers clearly make more sense as it encourages people to still answer. If folk want to look that's up to them, same as if they want to look up the answers before answering.

The correct answer should be taken but there has to be a source of evidence provided to settle the matter, otherwise, it could lead to long discussions which disrupt the quiz - unless it's blatantly obvious like it gives 'Hey Jude ' as the title of their first film released in 1964. Here's hoping one question is not 'Who sang the ahh's on 'ADITL'?

"I told you everything I could about me, Told you everything I could" ('Before Believing' - Emmylou Harris)

"Don't make your love suffer insecurities; Trade the baggage of self to set another one free" ('Paper Skin' - Kendall Payne)

congrats @50yearslate ! you've got the answer correct.

the answer on the card says:

"boys" take 2: what Beatle does Ringo mention by name in the lyrics? George. he says "alright, George." which leads into the solo

that's my favourite part of every early Ringo solo "alright George", "rock on George"  etc.

fiddy, there's only one question left on the card, so I'll put the question in this post and I'll let you pick which of the two decks to pick for the question after and whoever answers this one can choose the letter. fiddy, should we use deck 1 or 2 in the question after this?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

final question of the card. question B:

Rubber Soul : In "Norwegian Wood ", "she told me she worked in the morning and started to laugh, I told her I didn't and crawled off to sleep..." where? - on the couch, in the bath or on the roof?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Where did John sleep in "Norwegian Wood " before he lit a fire and stared at the cheap pine? the chesterfield, the tub or the up top?

i guess i should set up a signature soon? maybe?

congrats, @Ron Nasty . you've got the answer correct!

the card says:

"I crawled off to sleep in the bath." The band Cornershop recorded a cover of this tune in Punjabi on their 1997 album When I Was Born for the 7th Time

the first card is complete. we now draw a card from deck 1.........

we have 4 new categories you can choose from, ron.

A. "Beatle Peaple" (i don't know if that typo was intentional but it was on the card)

B."A Hard Day's Night "

C."Sgt. Pepper "

D."Sing It Again"

the choice is yours, sir.
