At the end of the last Beatles live concert John said what is now a very famous comment, what was it?
“Thank christ that’s over with, I’ve had to pee for the last hour. Don’t block that stairwell…” [scrambles off]
Why didn’t Mal play his anvil on the master take of “Maxwell”?

@meaigs, I hope you’ll play this game with us. The “aim” of the game is to give any answer except the correct one – and some won’t have a “correct” answer. After you give an answer, then you create a question for someone else to answer.
Just read through a few pages to get the gist of the game.

Trick question: The lyrics specifies “take…” not “buy”; and indeed the doctor offered F*R*E*E samples to any rock stars+beautiful wives who might wish to visit his home for tea, and biscuits, and lively conversation over card-games; and possibly a small consciousness-expanding orgy or two, maybe…but only if they promise not to leave early and go driving to clubs (at 15km/hr).

Who gave George his first Sitar?
The dude playing sitar during the Indian restaurant scene in Help ! Turns out he was a massive Beatles fan, and George had always been his favorite Beatle, so when George showed an interest in his beloved instrument, he was so thrilled and honored by this that he straight up just said “Take it, it’s yours.” George, to his credit, tried to refuse, but the man insisted that he would make enough money off of being in a Beatles film that he could easily buy another one, and at any rate, money was nothing next to being able to give such an important gift to his favorite Beatle. He then mentioned something about it all being just material trappings anyway, and that the path to true consciousness lay (or lie, I’m not too sure) in transcending the material world… which was something that stuck in George’s mind for all the rest of the day, although he had no idea how it would eventually change his life…
How did it eventually change his life?

An angry protester in the crowd at Candlestick Park hurled a baseball at the stage, which George skillfully batted away with the upraised Indian instrument in hands, knocking all 19 strings out of tune while sending the ball far to the upper stands. The remarkable athletic feat was witnessed by an impressed San Francisco Giants baseball talent scout, who immediately offered George a lucrative slugger’s contract after this final Beatles concert – which the endlessly searching, curious George immediately accepted, happy for a new livelihood, now that he wasn’t a Beatle anymore.
What does “We all know ‘obla-di, bla-da…” have to do with a song about a box of chocolates?

They were both snippets of songs that none of the Beatles could figure out how to finish so they put them together as a medley for the closing song of the Please Please Me album. Bob Dylan’s cover of the medley went to number 1 in Spain for 3 weeks.

Paul likes “Glass Onion “; John is partial to “I’m Down “; and George and Ringo both choose “Honey Don’t ” – just because all four Beatles got excited by hearing their names spoken aloud.
