To audition to be on the Good Morning Good Morning song. She really, really, really wanted to meet Paul McCartney . What chick wouldn’t want to meet him?

How did John find out “she” was a Day Tripper ? Who was “she”?

She is the girl with kaleidoscope eyes. John met her on a train in a station (whilst tripping).

What is the Beatle Bop?

It’s what’s known as when you sack the drummer without them knowing why (apparently. They deny knowing why all their days long despite 89,000 reasons known to all of humanity).

Why did Paul almost bet his gran in a poker match?

She was in a car crash and she’d lost her hair.

Can I take my friend to bed?

Depends on how you’re scrambling your eggs – and if you like that sort of thing.

How did John come to play harp on Paul’s song ‘This One’ (he can be heard saying “I play a harp on ‘This One’” in an interview officially released in 1994)?

Paul contacted John at twelve o’ clock a meeting round the table for a seance in the dark, and John very kindly agreed to come back from the dead to play harp on the record.

During this seance, did Paul and John continue their unfinished conversation that Paul wrote about in ‘Here Today ‘? If so, what did they talk about?

They had a conversation about how to get the perfect rise in a loaf of bread. Paul fancied a malt loaf with sun-roasted nuts through it but it never quite was right. John suggested to add a dash of honey, Paul took it as a comment on that 1963 song and sadly his bread never rose properly.

Why did Beatles concerts go ahead if John, George and Ringo were ill yet not if Paul was?

Because they were Paul’s puppets. It’s well known Paul is a puppet aficionado . Here is a new model he is working on now:

Ringo thought he was The Greatest. He was wrongo.

How many rings did Ringo wear through his nose throughout the Summer of Love (1967)?

One thousand, nine hundred and sixty-seven. They were very small rings, and he has a very large nose.

What was Paul’s grandfather’s comment on this?

“No, actually we’re just good friends.”

OK, even EVEN easier now! What rockin’ combo consisted of John Beatle, Paul Beatle, George Beatle, and Ringo Beatle?

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

Because it’s The End of the Beatles. a-hard-days-night-paul-10

Why is ‘A Beginning’ called ‘A Beginning’ if it’s not the beginning of the Beatles?

Because it’s not the beginning but a beginning. If it was the beginning then that’s what it would have been called but it wasn’t. Smart Beatles they were.

If one and one and one is three, what does that make four?

A number that isn’t three and isn’t one and one and one.

Did the Beatles really live in a Yellow Submarine ?

For a little while until it sprung a leak (a hole subsequently fixed by Paul).

If the walrus is Paul, who is the carpenter?

Paul was also the carpenter – who do you think originally built that submarine’s wooden fixtures?

Why did the Beatles remember their summer 1968 South American tour as their most satisfying outing, overall?

GEORGE: In fact, The Detroit Sound. JOHN: In fact, yes. GEORGE: In fact, yeah. Tamla-Motown artists are our favorites. The Miracles. JOHN: We like Marvin Gaye. GEORGE: The Impressions PAUL & GEORGE: Mary Wells. GEORGE: The Exciters. RINGO: Chuck Jackson. JOHN: To name but eighty.

They didn’t go.

What reason did Decca give Brian for turning the Beatles down?
