50yearslate enquired

What was George looking at when he made this ahdn_george_06 face?

Your mum.

(Short for Yourara Mumatana, well known Indian friend of the Beatles)

What did each of the 4 Beatles order on their infamous visit to the Southampton Curry Club, in 1963?

Tea.

Which of the Beatles guested on The Dick Cavett Show, and why didn't the others also appear?

Trick question-- it was actually William Shears Campbell who appeared on the Dick Cavett Show to discuss PID. The other Beatles couldn't appear because Ringo had fan mail to answer, John was asleep, and George was eating biscuits. Paul, of course, was dead.

Who was John Lennon 's second wife?

Trick question. John wasn't married to anybody for one second! a-hard-days-night-john-6

Where did Paul find all those clones (including the one Linda clone) for the Coming Up video?

Bob Dylan.

bob-dylan-plays-chess-1.jpgImage Enlarger

However, it was all a ruse; Ringo took advantage of the opportunity to introduce his opponent to pot, as he'd misunderstood a line in one of Bob's songs as being a reference to marijuana... etc, etc.

What did John want us to imagine?

Most people believe that it was because Ringo was a star(r) but in fact he was actually a circle; the Beatles used Ringo because he was round.

What was Paul's first solo album called?

Double trick question! They *all* indulged those appetites, yet only Paul, Pete and Stu were "known" for it; Ringo and George were more clandestine, and John rarely left Weybridge at all.

Hardcore 1963 Beatlemaniacs often referred to John as: "The _____ One"?

One day, a tape-op got a tape on backwards, he went to play it, and it was all "Neeeradno-undowarrroom" and it was "Wow! Sounds Indian!"

...and broccoli. Remember, he has it with every meal... a-hard-days-night-ringo-15

(P.S. I think this article also confirms for me that Paul has indeed gone full vegan, as I was wondering about that like a month ago.)

Anyways, back on topic:

Why Paul didn't die in a car crash in 1966? What happened?

It was actually William Shears Campbell who died in a car crash in 1966; he was replaced soon after with a lookalike named Paul McCartney .

Someone said 'What were you gonna do when it's all finished,' and I said 'I don't know but it'd be good fun being a DJ.' And since then I've become a DJ, only by word of mouth, you know. SO any minute now you'll read, 'Ringo leaves to become a DJ' but it's not true. - Ringo Starr

The Digestive Boyd Band, which was actually a one man side project by George in response to the McCartney album. George plays guitar, sitar, gardening tools, racecar horns and engines and food munching on the 33 minutes and 20 second long debut album.

Why was this project (unfortunately) overshadowed by All Things Must Pass ?
