Offline Linda Eastman discovered “Candlestick Park” hidden in the White Album . There was a power cut and the candles had burned down low, so Linda wound up her old Victrola to listen to the soothing sounds of The Beatles. Unable to see in the dark, she placed the needle on a random location of the album, and the strange track jumped out at her. Paul later used this incident as the basis for his song “Power Cut.”
