None – they were more popular than Je Suis.

Which piece of Yoko’s art intrigued John most during their first meeting at Indica Gallery?

Was it when he went up the ladder with the magnifying glass, and saw the word ‘yes’ at the top?

Sorry, that is the ONE incorrect answer!

Just as Blue Meanies only take “No!” for an aswer, only incorrect/silly/amusing answers are accepted on this thread. (You can read any or all of the pages here for hundreds of hilarious examples.)

He went down a ladder and saw the words “Yes… this is a cul-de-sac!” on the floor.

Which Beatles was the first to leave the group? and with what excuse?

Billy Preston was the first Beatle to leave, staying behind in Hamburg to be with Astrid and study art.

What does Billy Preston’s most famous painting depict?

The painting is an abstract art depiction of the rooftop concert. Billy wanted, at first to make it a normal painting of the concert, but he found painting and keyboard playing at the same time to be quite a difficult task.

What was the set list for George Martin’s appearance at Woodstock in 1969?

George Martin was mortified by the scene in which necktie soloist Ephraim “Silkie” Eckleston suddenly stood and challenged Martin by exclaiming, “I’ll use a Windsor knot if you want me to use a Windsor knot. Or I won’t tie one at all if you don’t want me to. Whatever knot that’ll please you, I’ll tie it.” While this scene has not been authorized for official release, there are many bootlegged copies available.

The Who song ‘Who Are You’ featured some lyrics about a meeting with former Beatles manager Allen Klein. What was the meeting about?

The Who wanted to finally know what excites people so much about the Beatles’ music so that they could form a new group and be their managers.

Which established theory of modern sciences did John include in the ‘I don’t believe in’ section of God and how did scientists react to it?

Not once does the diversity seem forced -- the genius of the record is how the vaudevillian "When I'm 64" seems like a logical extension of "Within You Without You" and how it provides a gateway to the chiming guitars of "Lovely Rita. - Stephen T. Erlewine on Sgt Pepper's

Trick question: he actually declared, ‘I don’t believe in Revolution ‘ (meaning violent Revolution ) but the scientific community misheard it as ‘I don’t believe in Evolution’, which caused most scientists to discount all his other statements.

Jane Asher. He put a thin veil over the song so it wouldn’t be so obvious.

Maxwell chose to stand alone to paint his testimonial pictures. Why did he refuse to get a lawyer?

Actually, he hired four lawyers, but all of them mysteriously turned up bludgeoned to death shortly after being retained, all with similar blunt – force trauma wounds to the head, and all with trace amounts of silver embedded in the wounds. Medical examiners and Scotland Yard investigators unanimously and officially declared the deaths “puzzling”, “baffling” and “confusing”; but ultimately not worthy of further investigation due to the difficulty.

“Candlestick Park” a cover of MacArthur Park hidden beyond the groove of the White Album . This version is about someone leaving the candles out in the rain instead of the cake.

Who discovered this hidden track, and how?

Linda Eastman discovered “Candlestick Park” hidden in the White Album .  There was a power cut and the candles had burned down low, so Linda wound up her old Victrola to listen to the soothing sounds of The Beatles.  Unable to see in the dark, she placed the needle on a random location of the album, and the strange track jumped out at her.  Paul later used this incident as the basis for his song “Power Cut.”

Ringo’s solo hit “Photograph” was inspired by a historically famous photo.  Which one?

According to his Psychic, 1968 was a bad year to make a career move. The soothsayer advised him to wait a few years. A silly sod, that sayer of sooth.

Which Beatles song was inspired by Magic Alex’s cousin Merely Mortal Melvin?
