Offline George had just begun using Airplane Glue scented Prell in his Arthur and Klaus developed a habit of sniffing it at inopportune times. This was put into the album cover as hidden symbolism.

This bit of art was unearthed from the tomb of the great Pharaoh Fabudanti. It clearly depicts the beginning of their rise to fame from the Cavern days (bottom) to their managing themselves after Brian's death (middle) to the roof top performance (top). Or not...
