Michael Winterbottom, whose credits include “24 Hour Party People” and documentaries “The Road to Guantanamo” and “The Shock Doctrine,” may be the choice to direct the upcoming film version of “The Longest Cocktail Party,” the book by Richard DiLello about life at Apple on Savile Row, according to a report by the Playlist. Co-producers are Andrew Eaton and Liam Gallagher.
