So I'm off to Liverpool for a few days just devoted to the Beatles...I'll go to the standard stuff like the museum, cavern club, the houses etc, but I'd like to know if there is anything else of interest out there.

"White Album - My joint-fave Beatles album along with Revolver. They show the two sides of Beatles. Revolver's very controlled - even though it's also very innovative. The White Album's playful and almost ramshackle. It's like a scrapbook kept by a genius. Fantastic stuff."

Is Abbey Road doing studio tours? They crop up sometimes.

If you go to the Meet the Beatles for Real blog, she posted in 3 parts about her pilgrimage to Europe this summer, and Liverpool's in part one. I'm sure you'll get great ideas there.

Check out my fan video for Paul's song "Appreciate" at Vimeo or YouTube.

I am so envious, LikeASir!  Going to Liverpool/London is a dream of mine that I intend to make come true :)

Please give us a review when you get a chance!  Love to hear about your experiences.

I will have to check out that blog too, Parlance..thanks :)

^^ You're welcome!

And I saw this story, via BeatlesNews: Follow in the footsteps of John and Paul on the National Trust's Great British Walk
