Worst: Long haired: 1970 (Abbey Road ) – Until he cut it off.
Ringo 1963 – 1965 ( Help !) 1967 – 1968 ( Mid White Album ) 1983- 1987, 2000 – Now 
Worst: Mid 1965 – 1966 ( Revolver )

Or This I think was around 1980. You can tell what the drugs had done to him cause he looks so tired.

Offline ^^ I can’t even look at photos of John in his last years because he looks so emaciated.
Oddly, I’m starting to warm to certain periods of Paul’s mullet, mostly based on this video where he looks so happy.

Paul’s best for me are Magical Mystery Tour /Sgt Pepper era:
Looooove the hair.
I don’t know why but I effing love that sweater vest. 
I even love him with that moustache.
The mullet I could handle to a certain extent… but not when paired with the moustache.
He can’t always be perfect I guess.. 
My favourite John look is 64/65 ish..
Aww yeah. 
His worst is definately the Jesus look..
George was great during Sgt Pepper , and probably worst during Abbey Road .
Ringo’s best for me was during Let it Be, don’t really have a worst.

Offline Yes, there’s no period of the pornstache that I love. Not on Paul, not on John, not on George. I can tolerate it on Ringo.
Definitely with you on that favorite period for Paul. “All You Need Is Love ” to “Mad Day Out.” And this photo now being one of my favorites. Is this hairstyle considered a “shag”?
I recently saw a YouTube video of just John’s parts from “How I Learned to Love the War,” and there are moments where he is matinee-idol handsome.

He looks adorable in this video! I love how he doesn’t even need a band. Wings most successful album and he was most of the band. Love that man.

My take is more on which looks I didn’t like. I think they all looked really cool EXCEPT:
John: hated the big bushy beard/mountain man look from summer to autumn ’69. (the shorter beard in the spring of ’69 looked fine)
Paul: didn’t care for the greasy beard in January ’69
George: didn’t like the bushy beard and super long hair of later 1969
Ringo: his Carol Brady-hairdo and mustache during the All You Need Is Love film in June ’67…LOL!

Even though he was the youngest, from about 1965 on, George always look like the oldest to me. Anyone else think this, too?
