I played I Am The Walrus for a four-year-old I was babysitting today. She was really confused at first, but then she decided she liked it.

Thanks. I'm fine - only had a mild concussion, but I'm honestly more upset about my poor car. I think she's totaled. ):

Sacher Torte likes to drink from the garden hose. I have a sprayer nozzle on it that makes different spray patterns. The only pattern Sacher Torte likes is "Jet ."

Before playing the song on the XM Beatles station, Peter Asher mentioned that the Beatles played I Feel Fine at their final concert in San Francisco.

During the first verse, I pulled up to a red traffic light behind a car that had a San Francisco Giants sticker in the window.

I started feeling fine to go to graduation.

The band played And I Love Her before the graduation ceremony started. Ahhh...a Beatley day indeed.

I got to school and saw a boy in my class wearing an Abbey Road shirt.

Finally!!! It sounds awkward, but I don't remember seeing Beatles shirts IRL.

Next step: Seeking to have a subtle chat with him.

I really want to get a Beatles' shirt, and I think I would die from excitement if I saw someone wearing one irl!

Seeing people in Beatles shirts just makes me sad now, because never once have I met a person in a Beatles shirt who actually likes/knows anything about the Beatles.

Well that's not necessarily true. Most people at least know and like the hits especially if they're gonna buy a shirt for it.  I'd be happy to just discuss the few songs they did know with them!

That is as it may be, but in Fiddy's and, to an extent, my experience, most people we've approached about their Beatles shirts were the 'Oh, I just like the shirt' types.

People in Abbey Road shirts are more likely to be wearing them "because it looks cool" than people in, say, a Please Please Me shirt.

I've never actually seen anyone in a Beatley shirt, which is pretty sad. mccartney-shrug_01_gif

I've never been brave enough to actually approach and talk to the people I see in Beatley shirts, so I guess I'll never know if they were fans or not.

Tall, dark-haired QuarryMan likes basketball, music, and naturally, boys. He was a valuable participant on the track team. He is one of Freeport's great contributors to the recording world. As for the immediate future, QuarryMan has no plans, but will take life as it comes.

Approach. It might be one of us. Or a future one of us if the conversation works out and you tell them about the forum.
