I saw this “groovy” submarine in a store in the Mall of America. I can’t believe they made one so close to the Beatles yellow sub…for fear of getting called on the carpet for it.

Offline I was watching Eggheads yesterday, and in the last round, they had the question, “Which Beatles album reached #1 in 2017 in an expanded 50th anniversary edition?” or something like. And the choices were something like a) Revolver ; b) Sgt Pepper ; c) Abbey Road .

I do that all the time at 9:09pm. (mostly because I go to bed at 9, so by the time I get comfortable, I check the clock, and I see 9:09…
)
Although maybe it’s just that we remember checking the clock at 9:09 but not, say, 9:13?

Last night, my family was watching a quiz show, and the last question (which is called ‘question impossible’ because none of the experts got it right) was ‘On their way to becoming the Beatles, the Quarrymen briefly changed their name to ‘Johnny and the what’?’The contestant answered ‘smokestacks’
That’s like my favourite piece of beatle trivia.
Also, my mum was browsing the Hulu and came upon the Across The Universe movie. She thought it sounded interesting and asked if I wanted to watch it.

Offline Whilst browsing through my phone recently, I rediscovered a list of Beatley moments throughout the year that I hadn’t got the chance to post yet, so without further ado:
– A midterm mock-up exam I had to do in English class mentioned Ringo.
– Again, in English class, we somehow got on to the topic of hotels having a copy of Gideon’s bible in every room.
– While filming something for photography class in the leadership room, I noticed a poster promoting the Yellow Submarine Songtrack hanging on the wall.
– There’s an insurance place in town that we drive by every so often, and it’s called… Starr Wang? I think?? 
– I noticed an intriguing name on a memorial-type thing at my school for (at least what I assume and am pretty sure are) students that went off to participate in war efforts (see if you can guess which one):
– During lunch at school, music often plays over the intercom, and some songs I’ve heard include Revolution , Till There Was You , and Octopus’s Garden .
– I’ve noticed a notable amount of Beatley antiques and collectibles at a couple places (the first picture was from an antiques show, and the rest were from an antiques shop in a town not too far from here), including but not limited to some ginger Beatles bobbleheads, a very pricey Beatles pen (I’m sure @meanmistermustard would love that 
), and some very AHDN -George-esque darts:
– Now, perhaps the most interesting one:
I was at a kickboxing place for a unit in gym class, where they play music while we practice, and one of the songs to come on was (of all choices) The Back Seat Of My Car . Now, we all know how much @sir walter raleigh loves RAM, correct? Well, my partner for the majority of the unit, including the time this song came on, was that one lad that I mentioned looked eerily like him.

Offline I walked over to help a student with a computer question, and another student walked up wearing a John Lennon t-shirt. I told him that I loved his shirt. He smiled and said that he had just introduced his son to the music of Paul McCartney . 
I pulled up the Beatles Bible on my phone and asked him to check us out.

Offline I had one today! I was getting lunch at this pharmacy/diner that’s basically 50s themed and Drive My Car came on and I sat there in glorious solitude enjoying the euphoric moment of beep-beeps.
