Why is everyone saying that accent/speed hard to understand?
*thinks*
That must mean that Australians talk really fast if I found that speech to be slightly slow…

Okay, this is my collection as of now. It probably won’t be too different from the last time I listed it, but I made a few pretty cool additions throughout last year. I can’t be asked to go research what exact pressings of all the things I have right now, but maybe I’ll come back and edit this post with that later on. I do think I know information about some though, so I’ll add that. Anyways, enjoy!

Not sure why I organized my 45’s backwards, for the pic.
Didn’t buy the EPs (other Than MMT & Long Tall Sally ), as I have all the other songs on record.
Stopped after 1973

I’ve been meaning to update my Beatles vinyl collection on here because it has grown a good amount since the last time I posted here, but everytime I take the pictures, I add to my collection before I can post them.

Yay, look what I found in a bag under Mombontee’s bed while moving furniture today!!
I’d wondered for some time (several years) what had happened to this original 1964 mono LP, my first Beatles vinyl longplayer, obtained at age 12 in 1980; and now I have sweet, sweet closure! (The only playable Beatle 12-incher I’ve got; my rainbow Capitol “Revolver ” has a huge piece missing. Not that there’s any sensible reason to wanna play the American 11-track version anyways)

I have the 2012 stereo reissues of everything from Help ! to Let It Be
well, I had Rubber Soul in that format, but it disappeared on me somehow
so I ended up replacing it with a mono pressing (which I wanna say came out after the 2012 stereo ones?)
I’d like to get A Hard Day’s Night , Beatles For Sale (if I can find it for <$30), and that 4LP White Album box that came out a couple years ago
I have some solo stuff too, does that count?

Damn, just realizing that a mid-July flood resulted in some mold damage to my Beatles vinyl sleeves, resulting in some disfigurement to George’s and Ringo’s lovely faces (not to mention Freeman and Voormann’s artistic efforts). 🙁 Oh well, at least the vinyl doesn’t seem any worse: the Capitol ‘Revolver ‘s broken piece is still two songs deep on both sides, no larger)

Yes, thanks; but they’re only objects, after all, whatta gonna do? And at least the vinyl is no less playable, in MTB’s case; and no less semi-playable, in the case of “Revolver “, which fell off the wall onto the floor in 2017…
And Capitol Records saw to it that it was damaged upon release, of course:

Is there another vinyl thread somewhere?
No matter.
Been wanting another copy of ‘Love Songs’ as the one I have is our family copy that was heavily mishandled by young kids with little thought. Today I found a Dutch copy which has some nice differences to the UK issue, e.g. listing the album each song was first released on. Oddly ‘1967 – 1970’ is the album named for ‘TLAWR’ not ‘LIB ‘ which can’t be right.

Yesterday I came across a limited edition 12″ etched single variation of ‘Paul’s ‘Figure of Eight’ which I didn’t even know existed so I bought it impulsively. Both songs (the other being ‘Où Est Le Soleil’) are on one side with the etched images on the other. It’s nice to have.
