Btw, does anyone know what this toggle slider thing does? (Next to the select and start buttons) I keep hitting it by mistake and was wondering if it is connected to the whammy or something else? ^^;

Well, on a real guitar, it’s the pickup switch which determines which of the pickups (or a combination of them) you play with. I’d guess it’s purely decorative on a game controller. Or, it could be a volume switch.

Woah, great score!! 
And on Expert… I might not be able to beat it. 
I’m going to be getting my game out in a few (listening to Abbey Road and can’t turn it off… I JUST CAN’T) so when that’s done I’ll do I Me Mine and then Twist And Shout and show you my scores. I’m going to play a few times though first because it’s been a bit and as I stated earlier, I’ll be rusty.
I don’t have the guitar @Midori78 has. I have none of the replica instruments. I have the Wii version and using the guitar that came with Guitar Hero. mine has a whammy bar, though, and yes, it changes the sound. A whammy on a real guitar would put tension on the strings and create a vibrato and / or bend the pitch a bit. I think the toy guitar whammy gives you that equivalent. On your instrument, that appears to be the “whammy”.

Offline I tried it on bass. I don’t mind whatever you’re most comfortable with and have the most fun playing. You’re right, bass IS a little easier. LOL! I still missed notes. But what I love is that you have Practice Mode where you can rehearse, it’s cool.

Offline Also, I don’t think there is a Rock Band 3 thread, but here are my “Beatlettes” with Sgt. Pepper -ish colors. For some reason they always had their “badass” faces on. I may make a set of male rockers down the road. The male character designs just look a bit “top-heavy” in this game. I love creating characters ^^

Offline It seems I found a feature on my TV that greatly reduces the lag on-screen with games of this variety. It seriously eliminated about 100ms of latency. I’m going to try some Drums a bit later in the week.
