Thanks, mustard. It seems like the majority of people who knew Stuart think it's either fake or tampered with. I don't know. Someone pointed out that perhaps the recording could be dated-if that really can be done, it would clear up some things.
There will be probably little things that prove it was from a certain time; the type of piano used, the way the record 'sounds', backgroung noises when amplified etc. The kind of thing they do in CSI shows.

Hi all. I received this email earlier this week. I don’t do news items on cover versions/albums, but said I’d post something here. The second paragraph looks particularly interesting – it’s been reported for some years now, but I presume it’s nearing completion (let’s not hold our breath though).
My name is David Young and I am the producer of an album titled Magical Mystery Guitar tour by world renowned guitarist Carlos Bonell.
Carlos has been helping Sir Paul McCartney with Paul’s upcoming guitar concerto.
On the back of this Carlos decided to record an album of solo guitar arrangements of Lennon/McCartney and George Harrison compositions.
The album is now available in stores worldwide.
Full details of the album are at http://www.carlosbonell.com where the album is available with free worldwide postage.
Also attached here is a link to footage of Carlos performing Strawberry Fields Forever which is the promo film for the album.
I hope that this is of interest to you and I look forward to hearing from you in due course.
Many thanks in advance.
David Young

Ringo's size, I guess? He has quite little feet, doesn't he?
"Now and then, though, someone does begin to grow differently. Instead of down, his feet grow up toward the sky. But we do our best to discourage awkward things like that."
"What happens to them?" insisted Milo.
"Oddly enough, they often grow ten times the size of everyone else," said Alec thoughtfully, "and I’ve heard that they walk among the stars."

Why George Harrison Was Known as the Spiritual Beatle
The Beatles exist apart from my self. I am not really Beatle George. Beatle George is like a suit or shirt that I once wore on occasion, and until the end of my life people may see that shirt and mistake it for me.” — George Harrison . I was working as a musician in the 1970s, and very late one night during a recording session at Capitol Records, George Harrison just sort of wandered in and sat down to listen. Since he knew the producer of the session, he decided to stay for a “few minutes.” We all sat and talked, drank a few beers, and sang background harmonies together… for the better part of five hours. I can report to you that the above quote depicts exactly how he showed up that evening. He was not wearing his Beatles identity, he was just a guy named George, hanging out like a kid with some of his buddies in a garage band.

Abbey Road Studios celebrates 80 years of recording
Abbey Road Studios, the recording studio made famous by bands such as The Beatles and Pink Floyd, has celebrated its 80th birthday just a day after it was sold to a French-owned rival.
On November 12 1931, Abbey Road Studios officially opened its doors with Sir Edward Elgar conducting the London Symphony Orchestra playing Land of Hope and Glory.Despite hosting a number of landmark recordings from artists such as Fred Astaire and Glenn Miller, it was not until The Beatles named their 11th studio album after the recording studio that it began to find worldwide fame.
