The bad: 1. The placement of Paul’s hand which somehow makes him look pregnant. 2. Them walking for no particular reason in no specific format (they should have placed them like in Abbey Road ; maybe I’m being picky and they shouldn’t pose; who knows). 3. Paul doesn’t look anything like Paul. 4. The expressions on their faces aren’t enticing. 4. John/Paul are even, while George and Ringo are chopped liver in the back.
The good: 1. Amazing visuals for the outfits. 2. The Beatles.
Does anyone have a good link on their construction (the process of how they made them) or who made them?

Here’s another view.
I think John looks the best out of them all- they did a decent job on him.
George looks like an old man who you’d expect to see hanging outside a pub, who’d smell weird and would ask “d’ya have a spare fag?” and would then proceed to phlegm-cough all over you *shudders*
Ringo looks like he smelt something horrible (or George phlegm-coughed on him)
Paul looks like a pregnant, old woman (and those two descriptions rarely go together).

That means the photos were taken in London. It would make more sense that McCartney would have a videocamera with him in London.
I wish the statue was based on a picture of them in Liverpool.

Offline The image, if I’m remembering correctly, @Ahhh Girl, is from a Dezo Hoffman photoshoot, taken the same day as the cover shots on Live At The BBC , and I believe it is them walking down Carnaby Street or near vicinity.

Agreed here. I suppose they don’t have to be smiling (although it would be nice), but the rest of their expressions are not even close to lighthearted and their souls aren’t really captured in the sculpting. Since this is modeled from the Beatles in their earlier days, the tone emitted from these statues should be more joyful. Thank God it’s impossible for them to look totally bad. 
Well, except for the picture of Paul with child….

Has some good close up shots.
The close-ups are great because they give us a better idea of what the statues really look like without bad angles, lighting, etc… Still, George got the worst of it. In the not-so-close-ups, he looks like he just came from the orthodontist after getting braces. In the close-ups, he looks better but something about the placement of his ear looks odd. I can’t decide if the ear is too far back on his head, too far down near his neck or both. John’s likeness looks stunningly good. IMO, it’s the best of the lot.
