Stella has a new ‘Get Back ‘ collection out. A pair of socks costing £70 sums up if you can afford to buy.

I don’t know, but they do include 24 gifts that are exclusive to this calendar e.g. a set of coasters and a bauble.

In this video, they show more on what you can expect to get such as a Rubber Soul bottle top opener.

Hi there. I’m new to this forum but have been a Beatle fan for 50 years ?.

I was hoping to find out some information about a set of 6 Italian promotional postcards for Yellow Submarine that I bought in a 2nd hand record shop about 20 years ago. They’re all in one block and each has a different scene from the film. I can’t seem to find a similar item online so would like to know a bit more about them.

Thank you in advance for any info – not least on how to insert a photo of them into this message ?

I think this can go here.

I just came across the entry for this book at work: A Z record shop bags : British record shop bags 1940s – 1990s

I immediately thought NEMS.

Sure enough in the summary:

This exhaustive collection of the record shop bag provides a unique perspective of record shopping in the UK over the last century, bringing together over 500 incredible bags (some possibly the only surviving examples) to document the fascinating story of British high street record shopping. Bags from famous chains such as NEMS, Our Price and Virgin (the amazingly rare Roger Dean bags), sit alongside designs from local shops run by eccentric enthusiasts.
