The purple potato keys were random. Honestly, this dream wasn’t even in my top ten weirdest dreams. From this year. I just have weird dreams, and I don’t know if it’s a blessing or a curse.

Offline I used to have all kinds of crazy dreams but nowadays I hardly ever remember them, and when I do, they’re boring. 🙁
Actually, a couple nights ago I dreamed that Holey left the forum… what a nightmare!

Same. I make an effort to remember my dreams and I kid you not – last night, I dreamed that I was in maths class. That’s it, nothing special.
Last night I dreamed that somebody was coloring on me with a crayon. I know the dream was longer and I think it involved the Beatles but I can’t remember anything else

That is my absolute favorite thing to do. I like to do it when waking up as well — much to the detriment of my getting out of bed 
‘There’s a nice twilight zone just as you’re drifting into sleep and as you wake from it– I always find it quite a comfortable zone.’
”Are you dreaming or are you awake? There’s a nice little state that they recognise halfway between it…’

Offline On the topic of weird dreams, a few nights ago I dreamt they were selling Glen Campbell vinyl records (I specifically remember seeing the covers to Wichita Lineman and Southern Nights albums) on a stand next to a washing machine display in a small furniture store of all places. 
But believe me, I probably would’ve bought out that stand in an instant if it were real! 
And one more thing for future reference, can someone confirm for me where regular dreams are posted from now on since that thread was locked? (I thought ASJ once said they go on the derail thread, but I’m not quite sure if that’s true.)

IIRC normal dreams go in the derail thread and BB dreams go in the hardcore BBer thread.

Offline I had a Beatles dream! Sadly it did not involve the actual Beatles, but it was still a good dream.
Basically, my history teacher had decided that instead of teaching us history, he was going to quiz us on George Harrison trivia (
) . He would ask a question like “In what island nation did George and Eric Clapton do a tour in 1991” and people would say things like “Oregon” “Africa” “Pittsburgh” and the like.

Offline Paul McCartney , Ohhh Boy, and I were going to a baseball game together. We were in Ohhh Boy’s car. Paul was driving. He was wearing an old t-shirt and shorts and a beat-up looking baseball cap. We were looking for a parking space in the parking lot, and we found a really good one. Paul pulled into the spot, and we put money in the parking meter. (Why there was a parking meter for each spot in a parking lot, I don’t know. My subconscious brain must have wanted a Lovely Rita reference in the dream.) Ohhh Boy and I got out of the car, and for some reason Paul backed out of the space and drove off, but we new he wasn’t leaving us there. Another car pulled into our space. Paul came back and saw that another car had taken the spot. He rolled down the window and spoke to the person who had pulled into our spot. I couldn’t hear the conversation, but I could tell it wasn’t a heated argument or anything like that. I could actually see Paul smiling because he knew that the person didn’t recognize him – his “disguise” worked. Paul said he would go park on the street and be right back.
When we got inside the gate of the ballpark, Paul told me to change into the high heel shoes he had told me to bring because he wanted me to be taller so that I would block peoples’ view of him. He didn’t want to be recognized. I realized that I had only brought a pair of flats in my bag. Paul wasn’t happy. As we made our way to our seats, I started thinking, “You know, Paul really should have his bodyguards here. I don’t want to be the person responsible if someone beats him up or steals him.” Then I began to wonder if he had had his bodyguards watching the whole time from when we left my house to drive to the ballpark.

Offline So 1971 George and I were walking down this high street market place that had the beginning of a motorway at the end of the street. I was drawn to this Waterstones type book store and decided to go inside to look for Beatley stuff, but for some reason George wanted to wait outside. (I thought this was unusual, as he’d probably gather less attention inside a quiet book store than standing out on the busy market street!) I looked around and of course I found a paperback (!) Beatles book that said it had a fold out poster inside. I looked at the poster, which was a collage of mostly 1964 and 1967 pictures, and then noticed one of the smaller black and white pictures was 1964 George standing outside the exact same location where I left him, with the motorway in the background! I somehow ran out the store with the poster without paying for it to show George the picture, but he didn’t seem too impressed. He sort of gave this “yeh, I’ve been here before, so what?” expression. I folded up the poster and put it in my pocket and we moved on to the supermarket a couple of shops down. However, as soon as we went inside, George starting throwing the displays around and throwing a tantrum, but everyone in the shop seemed cool with it. The dream ended there.

Offline I’ve had many, but here’s one for ya:
In the dream, the Beatles were all alive and I had invited them all to appear at the same gig without telling them in an effort to get them all back together () So the time had come to bring them on stage and when I announced them, they came on and looked at each other and then at me like “You want us to play?! We haven’t even rehearsed!”
So, THEN in an effort not to blow it, I get a guitar (which I cannot play in real life. ) and proceed to shyly strum my way through Hey Jude in an effort to grt them to take it from there. All the while they’re trying to hide the fact that they are EXTREMELY uncomfortable with the whole thing, as if they’ve all forgot the words!
I RUINED THE LEGACY OF THE GREATEST BAND EVER! I felt awful when I woke up.

Offline Last night I dreamed that my brother and I were standing in the street, fighting each other with sticks, while my dad repeatedly tried to pull an enormous car into the driveway.
What makes this Beatley, you ask?
Well. The car was no ordinary car. It was a giant wheeled yellow submarine.
I woke up thinking this needs to exist.

Lucky thing, last night I dreamt that I was keeping a bad guy pinned down with my pocket-knife. I almost slit his throat but decided it would be better to not commit homicide and wait until the police arrived to deal with him
